Smile, you're reading my post
For I have not known a love so pure
If I had a thousand castles made of sand
I'd save them all for you.
I'd wrap them up in silver gold stars
and blow each sparkling wish into your hands.
If I could only gather you up the world
and promise you smiles for evertime
If I had the power within my being
I'd sink your heavy strings to the depths of an ocean, filled with the tears of the past...

Am I losing you?
Are you losing me?

Dive, so deep into a salt water lagoon,
beneath the shimmering songs of silence
washing over your back
Let me sprinkle you again between the airs of a happiness place
and hang your mind on my wall
your voice in my head
your touch on my eyes...

fading trees whirling upon an endless space can never trap my love for you
and will I lose you now
for my rays of light to you, held tight;
to not have them fade beneath our sun
and watch these glories ravel undone...

If I had to watch you walk your way
atleast I'd have lived
for you have carved such smooth curves on my soul

This is a very touching poem.

It's amazing how some people can make such a difference in your life.

Manda--your writing, all that I have come to know so far--well, as silly as this many sound,
it reads like butter. Do you understand what I mean here?

It's like a lullaby, these lines. Beautiful. I'm saving this one
