oooooh then maybe you can answer this question I have Mr. Elvis. As you and some others may recall, I once owned the domain CLEASAI.COM but when it came time to renew my fees for the domain name and space, I was very short on money. Since then directNIC, the domain hog, hijacked the name preventing me to use it again. Do you have any ideas on how I can get the name back?

Go there. It describes the "Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy" that all domain registrars are required to adhere to. It also tells you the process of how to invoke it to bring the cybersquatter to court.
