Larry played a different drum beat for the Zoo Station Chicago DVD, but in listening to the Sao Paulo concert, it sounds like he switched back to ZooTV style. Is this right? Did he try something out that he didn't like? Anyone know the story?

Do you mean the intro where the drums are really loud and distorted? In one of my Vertigo bootlegs its like the main bass drum is played a half step behind. I personally like it. That has to be my fave u2 intro of all time.

No, it's throughtout the whole song, instead of constant playing of the tam, he is going two, stop, snare, two, stop, snare, etc. - check the version of Chicago if you can, than compare with Sao Paulo.
