Top-Wrapping the Strings on a Les Paul

Does Edge do this? Because I've read that the plinking sound in Zoo Station is him plucking the D string behind the bridge, but when I do that on my Les Paul, it doesn't sound remotely similar, not even close to the same pitch. So that makes me wonder if he top-wraps his LP strings.

If you mean wrapping the strings over the top of the bridge piece, he doesn't.

Hi try fretting the A note on the E string and pluck behind the bridge with your pic and you should get better results
 
Yes it is he used that one on the dvd, as for the fly how to get that sound i do the plucking just of the a behind the bridge this sounds perfect to me good luck!!
