I got this book a few years back- its subtitle is A History from Ireland's Hot Press Magazine. Its pretty cool, it was published in 85 and has articles and concert reviews etc. of the band from their beginnings to 85. I was wondering is this book rare, what do you think of it if you have it?

I don't know if this book is all that rare (although people trying to sell you a copy might tell you otherwise

), but I do think its a necessary part of someone's U2 collection, as it gives honest perspectives of U2 when they were coming up, not rose-colored remembrances of a world-dominating band. Ya know?

I assume it is fairly rare! I have a similar type of book which was made by Rollingstone and it features every mention of U2 in their magazines. There all great books to have if you want quick reference! I don't know about your one though!
