How hard will it be to get tickets? I'm single now, maybe I'll fly over and see them again.

You still a member? If not I think I still have a code
Can they please play Achtung Baby and Zooropa in full, with a mid-show interval made up from all our favourite tracks from Passengers? That's the only way they can give that era the full and proper celebration it deserves.
To be honest, I think it will be crazy. Not sure how well the fanclub will come through this time, but you gotta think. 10 shows, that's 175,000. You've got Vegas, all the major metros in California where they played to more people than that just in Pasadena, throw in people that could easily drive from the 4 other neighboring states, and then die-hards from around the country. It's gonna be a lot of people that want to go. The trick is just how horrible the prices will be. That could knock off a lot of people that would ordinarily go, especially adding in travel and hotel costs.
Yea I honestly have zero clue what to expect. I have no doubt that every show will sell out. But how quickly? I have zero clue.If they're planning on doing 12 shows, then I don't think it's going to be that hard to get tickets. Unless you're hoping to attend the opening weekend. But the 9th show shouldn't be too big of a deal. 18,000 x 12 is a lot of tickets to sell.

Obviously the overwhelming majority of people coming in for the shows will also need a flight and a hotel room. That alone will knock some people out.
It's also not Taylor Swift or Harry Styles - so the youngs are out.
There's a decent minority of folks who will also say no out of some sort of misguided principle about Vegas and selling out or some bullshit like that.
Then there's the venue... there's a lot of unknown here with the public at large about just how much of a technological leap forward this venue is supposed to be. I actually think demand could INCREASE after the first weekend... if they were able to pull off what they say they will... but could decrease if the venue is riddled with glitches and mistakes and whatnot.
That goes for the band as well... opening nights are typically not the band's best shows, but there will be a lot of pressure to get this right on opening night.
And of course... will there be dynamic pricing?
All to say who the hell knows.
I would expect a fan club presale. The tweet reminding people about renewing wasn't a coincidence. My guess would be fan club sale starts either Monday or Tuesday, with general public on sale Friday or Saturday (which is really going to suck if it's on Saturday because I'm flying Saturday morning).
My guess would be tickets in the $200 to $500 range, with a selection of platinum level seats in the thousands.
Word is out that U2 / Bono may be involved in an event in Washington DC on Monday. Reports are that U2 have been looking for a choir to use in the city for part of a performance tomorrow. It does not mean that U2 will necessarily be present. Last month the band filmed footage in Colombia of look-a-likes and also of fans. They could be filming additional footage for upcoming pro.

The responses are as you would expect.
a smattering of ehrmagod Vagus iz fer uld cellouts.
Idiots. It’s also for young and middle aged sellouts and people who never had anything to sell out.
Maroon 5, Keith Urban, Garth Brooks, Sting, Katy Perry, Luke Bryan, Usher, Celine Dion, Rod Stewart, Gwen Stefani, Drake, Backstreet Boys…actually that’s a murderers row of relevancy and integrity. U2 will be lucky to be in their company.
Um, oh word?@U2Songs this morning:
