Well even if it starts working for you, everyone outside the UK gets a message "Not available in your area".

Unless something has changed? But usually I can never see the vids there even when the site is working.

I haven't downloaded this yet, and I'll wait a while till this is sorted out, these files are huge :wink:

I've recreated that archive and there are new links in the sticky info thread.

I spent a bit of time this afternoon writing it out properly and Sicy updated it a short time ago.

Sorry folks if this has already been posted, but I didn't see it. This video came up on the BBC site. It's a clip of video from the Chris Evans interview. I know he said that day that video of the interview would be put up, so hopefully the rest will be there soon.

BBC - U2 - Live Lounge

For some reason I could watch this, even as a non-UKer.

The reason you can view clips outside of the UK is I believe due to the BBC hosting some of these clips on their own site. The majority of the files are located here cp57798.edgefcs.net and can only be played by a flash player or a grabbed with a download tool/FLV recorder that mimics one. I guess this is the site used for the BBC iPlayer media and there is something on the site that checks your IP address when it connects.

The source code for the Chris Evans video page above refers to the following playlist...

which refs this file...

hence you can download all three from this post
