I know you meant well but you just compounded my concern. Yesterday was the last day of Q3 for me. Nov 1st is fiscal 08 for me

Edit: snow - I can make a graph stating that though Q3 is down X% from Q2, if you look @ the Yr/Yr #s, Q3 is actually up X% from 2006, and twice that if you go back through historical data from yrs 2002 through 2005. It's just seasonality, not any sort of indicator pointing to a decline in either performance or productivity. Just a slight, yet expected, aberration. You're expecting it to correct itself in Q4 and from what you've seen thus far, you're on track to close out the year on or above target. And shit.

er yes. I had to fight tooth and nail for it but I did get to at some point.



and - when my aunt and uncle were here they told me of some places to go where they get lots of buybacks (kind of like the one bar we were at where it was dead so he was giving them out of boredom). My other aunt is going over first week of Nov, and thats gonna be quite messy. It's her and 3 friends...you should meet up with us for that one, I'm excited about it but also a bit afraid. Her friends are crazy, well two of them. I'm actually hoping
that those two take off and do their own thing. Is that mean of me?

and I could actually just print that off and bring and pretend it's mine cos we got a compliance email today too!!! I fucking hate compliance btw :angry: it'll be the death of me.

that's pure genius. all the imortant factors are in there. the low cut shirt thing won't work though. as of last month cleavage was banned from my building. it's funny how something thats no joke = hysterical!!
 
No - just some really young students that mistake bar wear for office wear. They really have no clue, for some it's a first job and they have some skewed idea of what's appropriate...it's as if they've seen some office based porn once and dress based on that. Thank god none of them are going through to be nurses or teachers :yikes:

They banned cleavage? You're serious, right? That's absurd. There's some chicks here who have no other job but to show cleavage. I've never seen them "work". .... though thinking about it now, there's some women here that really should dress more.........tactfully? Cause God knows who wants to see what they got going on. :yikes: Still, that's a weird memo to have to type and send out. MEMO RE: CLEAVAGE. I hope they at least put photos of what's no longer acceptable, so as to avoid confusion.
