Fuck it, I'd rather just say I was on roids. So Manny is basically using a combo of "it was B12/flaxseed oil" and "it was something I found in Miguel Tejada's locker". Just substitute female hormones for B12 and doctor for Miguel Tejada.
I honestly don't give a crap about PEDs, but this does kind of suck, because other people give a crap and will drag this story to death.

cheating is baseball. it's never been a level playing field and it never will be. and there's a lot to suggest that the effects of these drugs are minimal, anyways. this is all a media driven witch hunt, as most things in our society are today.
