Have you decided what to purchase yet, Reggo?

Not hardly. I might just get the third Robot Chicken Star Wars Special and call it good. It's DI season AND I've got the new Kings of Leon album I haven't even taken the cellophane off of yet.

:hmm:

Famous Movies If They Were Made In Japan photoshop contest. *snerk* Part of me wants to do a parody of the Rattle and Hum movie poster with either anime versions of Bono and Edge or a band that's famous for being famous in Japan.

I saw that yesterday, can't wait for them to deliver on that one .

So, My DI list is finally done. Who wants a link .

I'm actually just about to listen to it for the first time myself :uhoh:

I'll give it a listen as soon as I'm finished listening to round one's lusts.

ETA: LISTS. Stupid autotext.

"Round one's lusts"?

Anybody out there got an MP3 of Hüsker Dü's Girl Who Lives On Heaven Hill that they could PM me? My MP3 kind of sucks.

And baaahahaha Shane Watson just ran himself out in Sydney! About time he copped it rather than whoever he's batting with.

Nice job, Reggo ;p.

No rush to hear it, I actually just kind of want Ax to see the tracklisting to see how surprised he is by what I ended up coming up with

The Resistance partly disappoints me so much because Bellamy so often forgets he can play guitar.

I love The Resistance but I agree about the guitar, it's a bit of a shame that he doesn't seem to be as interested in it as before. I guess tastes change.

Pardon the ignorant question but why are they playing the fifth test when the Ashes are already lost? Isn't it a bit like playing a fifth set in tennis when your opponent has already won three?

Except you don't play a fifth set in tennis when your opponent has already won three.

We agree on something Muse related?

I think it's especially disappointing because when he does pick up the guitar, it's usually associated with the album's best moments.

Yeah, it's a kind of pointless dead rubber, isn't it? But team sports (at least those I follow) seem to prefer to play them. I guess more experience, more game time, a chance to reclaim some pride. And in this case, Australia can actually still draw the series (even though the Ashes will still be lost).

Except you don't play a fifth set in tennis when your opponent has already won three.

I think that's Saracene's point!

I blame that on my phone and my brother distracting me. I neevr maek tyops.

Just realised I didn't reply to this! Meant to. I was curious before you said this, and now I'm most curious!

Holy shit Ashley, 8-23 is awesome. That's almost more me than my own list!

And I'm glad I chose Don't Fall rather than Monkeyland now.

For what it's worth, Vapour Trail > All of the Lights (Interlude) is the fucking shit.

Ok I've tried FireFox, Internet Explorer and just now Safari.

Does anyone click on this link and then see toward the lower part of the page a "purchase now" button. It includes prices in AUD and USD, and is on the left and right of screen...

https://ilp.nba.com/nbalp/secure/registerform

The site works fine for me at work, but haven't been able to get it working at home.

Muse ranking
1. Origin of Symmetry
2. Absolution
3. The Resistance
4. Blacks Holes and Revelations

That's all I've heard from them

This song, btw, Reggo, is missing from your list
YouTube - Frankie Teardrop
Damn it to hell.

Well, if I'd included it, it would've sent me over the time limit. If I'd known about it. Damn it, that's perfect! Hmm...maybe after DI, I'll do a mega-uber-special-extended edition of my list and include this and some of the other songs I cut.

You need some Showbiz in your life.

The second section of it is pretty great so far, but the first section, while fun isn't exactly METUHL as it is scremo, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but I know not everyone on the board is into that shit.

Regardless, the second section had a little post-rock and I can't say no to that.

I'm interested in the screamo side, since I'm not so well-versed in it, but know it has some rather good stuff and doesn't entirely deserve its bad rep.

Well, never mind seeing the doctor, he's on leave. At least I think I'm getting well.
