Breakfast, lunch and dinner have been, but I am preparing custard and Jelly with xyletol instead of sugar, and using skim milk for the custard, and it taste just like the real thing, im well pleased.

Whipped up a stir fry with left over pork loin, and a bunch of fresh veggies with rice, it was wonderful
