Wasn't sure if you wanted to dodge tolls (Google doesn't seem to know Citylink is a toll road) ... if you do, go via the Western Ring Road and then once you end up on Tulla, take the Bell St exit. Again, Google seems to not know what's happening - it thinks there's an exit closer to me beyond Bell St but it simply doesn't exist!

Oho! I'd probably not even notice if it drove past me ...
