It would almost be a let-down. I always tell my friends that if I got to meet Bono I don't know if I would want to talk about strategies for creating sustainable development in the third world or make out with him!

it was Just Water- who actually did get a private label single out...I forgot the A side....I liked the B -side better even tho it was a cover ...."Singing In the Rain". a punky kind of version...
it's actaully quite fun & good!

And it got played on the Alt rock station in NYC AT THE TIME AND even THE VERY FAMOUS [SORT OF rip} wnew-fm . OOPPS PINKY SLIP!

On the other hand they made it onto I think the 2nd Max's Kansas City Bands album with a song called "What We Need is Some Rock" That ws a cooool, song with o punches of energy!!!!

The other band was "The PLanets" The lead gutyairist and sometimes lead singer was one of the Biggest Who Fans in the whole NYC/USA.
One time they were getting ready to fly to London and be signed up, but something wnet wrong and they never were.

That is SO COOL that you were part of the CBGB scene...I'm trully envious!!

Yeah, VP....I know Exactly what you mean I want to really be able to speak to him for a min or two to tell him in my Own Words whaY i think he's very special.

If you go go back and read my almost meeting bono stories -I tell them around late NOv or in Dec 03....in fact some would despute me that I DID meet bono that last time, but you go read and you'll see my criteria wasn't met.

waits for brickbats from those who think I;ve done quite well. And Yes i know I HAVE been Luckly at times. But after 22 yrs at the time of NO Luck and fairly crummy to very crummy seats all those yrs I went to stand outside Because i NEVER thot I'd EVER see them anywhere up close!

And until Brookln it was so...now it's semi-close. In Brooklyn Iwas the equivelant of 20 - 15 rows from the stage. Sooo much better than ANY of the previious 6 shows over 22 years!{and i.m very grateful, but it only stoked the fires more and I want more! }

where are u that you can be either up sp late or not so late by USA time zones or are you gettingt up WAY EArly in Europe ? or
