After a few days I will tally and select 64 songs which you all voted on most
Then, we chop half of it down



and so on until one song is left

No, 64 is appropriate in terms of a "playoff". 64 to 32 to 16 to 8 to 4 to 2 to 1.

However, I think it is too hard for most people to name their top 64 songs.
