Well, I've staved off food poisoning, begun my last semester of undergrad, listened to three new albums, ran for half an hour, and made some New Year's Resolutions. I think this was a profitable day. Now I'm going to bed after I finish this blog update.

Thank god somebody else is writing in the blog. I've made 6 of the last 7 updates!

I can't believe NONE of them have been about metal.

How do their other albums fare?

Alien Lanes follows the same formula, but the songs are very fine, more developed. The production is smoother too, but I don't necessarily consider that a good thing.

May have to give it a go then. But yeah, the shitty lo-fi nature of Bee Thousand has a real charm. I like it. Part of the reason I love Hardcore UFOs is0 for when the guitar in the left channel drops out briefly.
