Nelly acted like she was on something very potent. She was all spazzy... I dunno if she's naturally like that, but she was definately flakey.

She'll probably try to pull the same line Britney used "I'm young I'm still growing!" Well mine never got any bigger after I was 15. She's 20, I don't buy it.
