I have Falling at your Feet at RTE One and I know GBHF was performed several times.....

Is there a definitive MDH version of GBHF?

Any other live songs from the soundtrack aired on TV or something?

The Ground Benneath Her Feet was "Broadcast" on the Irving Plaza show in 2000 (On Radio, and there is a 2-cam Pro DVD floating around)
