I think because its a specific reference to the Cold War, which is obviously over. So they probably think that its a dated song. Same with A Celebration, although, I dont think they like that song either. So that is part of the reason for that as well as being dated.

over-rate probably not. It is very overused though. Its one of the greatest sketches ever, imo.
