eta - this is bizarre. The return address on mine does say VA, but then there's a thing that says if undeliverable, return to a PO Box in Sweden. And then the postage stamp that's printed on the envelope says International Mail PP Sweden.
I bet they are using a remail service.
The packages are shipped in bulk (usually via a courier service) to an overseas destination where they are then separately mailed to their addresses through that country's (the aformentioned overseas destinantion) mail system instead of through the USPS. It's generally cheaper, and often faster, than mailing through the USPS.
(a company I worked for years ago used this type of service. )
you know, for whatever reason, i deleted the Trent Reznor remix of Vertigo years ago because i never listened to it, but now that i illegally downloaded Artificial Horizon, this is a stand out track. i enjoy the GOYB (Fish Out Of Water) too. the album surprisingly has a real nice flow to it.
Yay, just got mine!! SW Ontario, Canada, here. Last name: W. Renewed...I dunno, a week or a few days before the 3rd leg tickets went on sale, whenever that was. October? November?

Interesting, I had no idea. Thanks for the explanation.
