ok, I know, I've got New Year's Day and Sweetest Thing up there, but those were B-Sides in fact - if you drop them, then throw in Lady With the Spinning Head (the song has been growing on me like a fungus since I first heard it) and Boomerang II... but hmm, the only copy I have of Boomerang II is on the A side of the Pride (In the Name of Love) cassette... does that count?

Swan- I can't believe I forgot 'Always'!

rivergoat- I'd count Sweetest Thing for sure, after all it was originally a b-side before making it onto the 1980s Best of. And there are lots of cool versions of NYD, one of my fave songs. I esp like the extended mix. Kevorkian is cool, but still love the original best. Boomerang II is an awesome song. I know it was released opposite Pride as a single but I'm unsure which is the A side to be honest, I only have it on a CD of mp3's someone made for me. There is something incredibly atmospheric about Boomerang II.

Now I want to add Always and Boomerang II to my list, but I don't want to take anything else off..l

the one I know of (and put in my list) was an extended 'US mix' on the "Two Hearts Beat As One" 12" single.. you know, the one with the changed first verse:

Sorry to correct you here, but both Love Comes Tumbling as The Three Sunrises are Unforgettable Fire era B-sides. Both songs first appeared on the single The Unforgettable Fire. You can also find them on the Wide Awake In America EP.
