It is very fluffy and looks a bit like rice, it comes in grain form and you cook it for 10 minutes then let it absorb water. It's easy to make. It doesn't have much of a flavour but it's really good with lots of vegetables, I like to make carrots, brocoli and onions with it. It's a protein substitute so lots of vegetarians eat it and it's filling like a carb so you don't need meat or carbs with it. You can also have it for breakfast.
