I got it on ebay UK for 4 quid and it shipped all the way to new zealand and arrived last week.

To respond to one tiny thing in the ABC article most people COULDN'T get info from the official channels because all our cell phones and landlines died and the internet slowed to a virtual standstill. I couldn't even make local calls in Dunedin so the tv coverage was a lifeline of sorts.

I have friends in Governors Bay and they walked round to Lyttelton, they estimate 80% of its in rubble. Navy apparently going door to door checking on everyone. Was a fair old shake even down here in Dunedin.
