I hate to think how much time I wasted making my perfect maps.

I hate to think how much time I spent changing the premade maps to give me a much stronger advantage. And the priests were hilarious with their ohooho-ing. This is the most fun anyone could've ever got out of a cereal box (my copy came from a Nutrigrain box).

Came from a Nutrigrain box? :lmao:

I loved using the cheats, like the one that got a car that fired missiles. Too much fun.

I'm not joking. :D You'd never think something so awesome would be coming out of a cereal box, no, no way. The car cheat was wonderful ... except when the enemy converted it. :(

Heheh.

You (or at least Ax) know(s) how my nickname for Tre Cool has been "Princess" for, like, seven years now? Guess what he dressed up as for Halloween this year. (Btw, consider yourselves lucky I'm not eye-raping you all with a picture.) If I were paranoid, this would bother me. Good thing I'm not paranoid.

Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to don a tinfoil hat and never post anything on the internet ever again.

That never happened to me. Usually because I'd make about twenty cars and destroy everything in a matter of seconds.

Also, when I was about to reach the population limit I would order the shit out of soldiers and villagers and cats so I would end up with something like 60/50 instead of 50/50.

Me too, but the tame lions weren't as strong as I wished from what I could remember. :(

I don't recall playing anything other than AoE I and II myself.

And yeah, Danny, how was it?

Also, LM, if you are around, I'm up for ruining my day with that Brokencyde album whenever you are.

Hey, Ax. I know you look at essays all day as part of your job, but my mom has to write one for this office executive job she's been chasing for over a month now. Would you be willing to give it the once-over when she's close to her final draft? Or any of you peeps in uni, really. I suck at essay writing, so I can help with grammar and spelling, but that's about it. Please and thank you.

I'm afraid I might not be able to, actually - once I'm off to New Zealand in two days, I won't be around much at all. I'll be gone for a month and I know my Internet access won't be spectacular for a lot of that.

Hell, for the first week I'm gone, I spend only one full day in the same city! The rest I'm travelling in some capacity or another.

Anybody fancy hitting up that new Brokencyde atrocity in the next three hours?

Hope he's keen! It'll be a funny change of pace after listening to a sort of dream pop-y Polish album that's apparently about trams in some capacity.

Most exciting album of 2011?

Unrelated: Turns out the telephoto lens was invented by a New Zealander, an officer of the Geological Survey at that! The more you know.

When it wins you money at a trivia night, I'll be expecting a cut.

Fosters? Why Fosters?
