Damn. If I didn't have to get up early for a bike ride, I'd watch Rattle And Hum after this. But, that is possibly one of the best versions of Streets evah. :love:
 
Just a quick driveby. Looks like I'll have to go back and have a look at all the pics when I have more time. :drool: I'm about to go to bed. Today was crazily exhausting. We had the funeral for our family friend this morning, then the family reunion for the rest of the day. That was pretty fun. Pictures to come eventually, and hopefully the ones I took of my famous relatives turned out. :lol: I was in charge of taking some of the photos for the day (even though there were professionals taking pics AND video - CRAZY!! :lol: ), so I'm crossing my fingers that I got some good shots. Anyway, it's time for sleep.

Pop....... the only 2 songs i heard on the radio were Numb & Lemon.... without seeing the lyrics or Numb's video which would have ccued me in more to the humour of those particular songs..i wasn't impressed. Had I heard LNOE or DYFL on the radio that would ahve made a big difference.

Some moths later .... after I had decided not to go to the Pop shows (i didn't like the visuals and i hadn't "gotten" Discoteque yet).

What WAS interresting was a reveiw that said underneigth all ther flash & electronica etc it was very much a guitar album.

Now THAT intrigued me, but iwas going through a lot and didn't get it then. I did get a few years later after that, tho! :D

Glad you had a good time Thora. Wow, a professional photog. Must've been a big deal. Hopefully, that way, there are some pics of you instead of you being behind the camera the whole time.

Yeah, when Pop came out I was so into Indie stuff (and still a bit of grunge) that I wasn't paying any attention to what "the biggest band in the world" was doing. :rolleyes:
 
Alright, two works of art done (out of the 4 I need to finish this weekend) but I don't have the energy to start another one. Gonna finish the DVD and head to bed. G'night all!
