I am still hoping for a Phoenix/Vegas/LA extravaganza week in October. I'll be seriously disappointed if this turns out to be bogus. Would they announce dates inbetween? I mean, what are they doing between Oct 9th and the 25th, eh???

i'd love to squeeze in phoenix too! This would be my very first "tour de U2" across the southwest. I hope it works out too!

I just put in for days off in October. The plan is to go to the Phoenix and Las Vegas shows. I want to go GA for one and seats for the other. I'm in the "Boots" presale so I am kind of worried about how good of seats/GA I will be able to get for Vegas. What do you think my chances are for scoring GA's for Vegas? I saw a couple of Boots folks that didn't get what they wanted for Chicago and I know that Vegas will be a hot ticket on this leg. I'm thinking Phoenix shouldn't be as bad even though they will draw from all over the SW - and Vegas is smaller too so seats might not be that bad. Well, in two or three weeks we should all know how it plays out...

Well, TM has U2 seating charts up for Norman, OK and Glendale, AZ (but not a concert listing). Those should be announced soon. So far, the dates are following the initial leaked list. I think the hold-up with Las Vegas is really just because it's a non-TM venue. I'm sure everything is agreed to, but they probably have to suck up to the TM gods and let those venues go first before a non-TM.

I think the obvious thing would be to use your red zone tickets for LA since it is in fact, ginormous.

No idea on the rules of each specific venue as far as how early you can line up. I think you can call the venue and ask though (someone else did this for Chicago I read in another thread).

I think I'm going for Red ZOne in LA for sure...just found out I won't be going to the Atlanta show with my best friend so I'm going to put that money towards bidding on the RZ tix. So sad-only 2 shows this time around for me. AND my husband is on a work trip during Vegas so I'll be tagging along with a couple of friends instead. Sigh...

Sam Boyd Stadium is finally listed on Ticketmaster's site. There is no mention of U2, but I've got to believe that is the reason it's there now.
