What the fuck?

The score is truly beautiful, and it's a shame they didn't go ahead and make it a silent picture like originally planned. But it's true. Kids (including myself) wouldn't have understood.

Yeah, I would have understood if she were disgusted by the exploitation of it all, but instead she just makes it at least sound like herself (and Bono, for that matter) are all like "ew, gross!" when they see a midget.

I don't think I knew it was intended as a silent piece. Wow, that would have been really cool.

I'm going to have to read the article I guess. I'm so lost lol

Spielberg and Bluth were considering it, but, since the audience was children, it just wouldn't have worked. The movie was also supposed to be longer, but scenes were cut because they were making the likkle tykes cry. apparently the test audience was made of stone, because littlefoot's mom still dies in that movie, last I checked, and that scene STILL makes me cry. Dinosaur torture must have occured in the original version.

Yes, I probably should have used, you know, context. But her post just cracks me up.

Wait, are you saying that the movie was even sadder? Man, it already makes One Hundred Years sound like Friday I'm In Love.

Also, I would just like to profess my love for Bonnie's user title.

That was a beautiful article actually. And TUF being about Heroin? :listens: but yes, the post was RIDICULOUS.

HA! Yes, apparently it was. God, Don Bluth kicks ass.

I's bin stalkin' :shifty: but it doesn't look like I've missed much!

mmm, dinner

My dinner was pretty disappointing. Spent far too much money on a southwest salad that did not bring to the table what it should have. I should've got subway :(.

I don't know how anybody could just have salad. It seems so ... boring.
