Yeah, there are so many tram lines around that part of the city that I can easily avoid taking a train to Parliament.

... no, I like my face the way it is. I don't think anything could be done to make it less ugly.
yeah yeah, rub it in. i wish i could take a tram to work instead of dealing with rush hour traffic.

aww :depressed:

Maybe you should move to Melbourne.

Though depending what route you're on, you sometimes get caught in traffic jams anyway due to on-road running. In the central city and outer suburbs, the trams have their own dedicated lanes, but in some older inner suburbs with narrow streets and buildings close to the roadway prohibiting the addition of new lanes, trams and cars have to share the same lanes. There are a couple of roads in particular that are hell at peaktime with trams and cars blocking each other.

The city is noisy and crowded and busy, not to mention overpriced. I like inner suburbia.

I'd like it even more if I could find a nice 19th century terrace house going for a good price rather than my 1960s brick edifice to unimaginative architecture.

That would suck.

In great traffic it would probably take me half an hour to get to the city with a car.
yeah, it takes me thirty minutes to get to/from work, in rush hour traffic. though if it's off-peak i can get all the way downtown in 30.

the buses are retarded here. i'd be fine if i lived in the city, but the buses are impossible to find out here. there's a line, sure, but good luck finding a bus. meanwhile, i almost always pass a bus on my way to work once i reach the city. (technically, i live in the city as we've been annexed, but please. it's a suburb.)

Somebody cuddle me and say nice things to me.

Maybe it's the cold weather getting me down, or I just feel extra shitty today because I didn't get enough sleep, and I haven't eaten much (I really should go make a sandwich or something), but more likely it's just because my dad is a jerk, and I've barely seen my boyfriend in a week.

I want comfort :(

Miserable day, huh?

I love my tram route. Even in good traffic, it only takes a few less minutes to get to uni by car than by tram, and that's when Mum's dropped me right out front the uni in a place where you can't park. If I could actually drive, I think the time it would take to find a park would make the tram the quicker option.

It helps that my tram gets to charge right through the middle of Royal Park while cars need to go around the long way.

And I just wanted to say, late of course, that that NLOTH video was recorded by Larry, if I understand it correctly

Hey Liam, you know the top 100 albums list that LM's doing over on B&C? You'll be pleased to know that Faith not only made my submission, but cracked the top 15. 14th place, to be precise.
