No. It's actually the only song I've ever written about playing the field. You know, throwing down your game. Your mack game. You know? You know.

Judgment Day is about nothing, really, it's me writing out of character. Most of my songs are distant from myself, to varying degrees. Floating in Between (I just found this, it's done) is about being frustrated with religion and how vague that shit is. The Breakout and Last Stand are both out of character and about criminals.

IT's got a giant picture of a hamburger, and it reads:

"Remember this meal? Flush up to 25 pounds from your colon with Colotox!"

I wonder if they mean "do you remember that 25 pound hamburger you ate yesterday? Time to poop it out!"

Oh - it's a love song. I gotcha. Gotta have a love song for the ladies, otherwise chicks won't come to the shows. Ours was called, "I'm a Hit That Shit (Right)." We also used to cover Lick my Love Pump by Spinal Tap.

The others, nice. I'm not much of a storyteller, so I don't think I could write like that. I tried when I was in high school, and it's ... it's not good. I don't think I'd read it if I found it. But hey - I only got 1100 on my SATs! WTF do I know?

yeah, maybe the person in question went to one of those middle-of-nowhere roadhouse chains that have giant steaks or burgers that you're supposed to eat in one hour, or it'll cost you the $60 price tag.

There's a conflict on that right now. They all want it to be called the "Four Man Dan Band." I want it to be called "Side Project" (for reasons of irony).
 
I kept hearing sounds outside my window, like a clicking or something. Don't know if it was the neighbors or perhaps just a squirrel on the roof. :shrug:
 
smart people i need your help, don't make me have to start a thread in vorsprung

I have my camera connected to the laptop and have used the windows photo gallery to import pics and videos. the photo gallery said it couldn't play the videos so I mived them to winamp - they are showing as mp.4s and while the audio will play in winamp I don't know how to get the video to play.

help please :)

hey liz,

you need to download quicktime to watch those videos. It's apple/itunes proprietary format...i e mp4.

winamp wont see that format.
 
weird my laptop froze, doouble post.



why would it be anything to do with apple/itunes.


can't I change the format or something? why would it go to mp4?
