I have a migrane. Self-inflicted. The most tedious two hours of my life. Stupid iPod. But I fucking fixed it. Took the fucker apart piece by piece to do it. Added foil to the inside. Fuck. Fuck.

She came back once before, so her odds aren't baad - at least that's what I keep telling myself. Unfortunately the last time she'd taken off, we'd been living at the house for ages. This time we've only been here for 5 months.

Is it a real migraine or just a bad headache? Either way, best remedy is to take some Advil (or whatever NSAID you prefer) and lie down in a dark and quiet room with a cool cloth over your eyes.

I don't think it's a real migraine. It just fucking hurts. I took some ibuprofen and I'm drinking some caffeine. Usually those two things take down any headache I get. Of course, I probably take too many ibuprofen, but it's how many I always take. I got shocked like a dozen times, too, so I'm fucking jumpy.
