I used to have a Winnie the Pooh lamp. As I got older, I hated it because I thought it was too juvenile...but my parents insisted I keep it since it still worked. One time, I just got fed up with it and realized the only way to get rid of it was to destroy it, so I stabbed several holes into the lampshade.

It was an accident...I swear...
