So we're sitting here in a room, and everyone's at their own seats. Let's pass a piece of paper around, and everyone add a line to a group poem.

The only rule is that you've gotta -try- to keep your contribution to one line.

If you wanna do this then someone else start!

I had your same idea but thought.. nah!

It's a bit unfair that you copped out of starting off but heck I'm bored with this "breaking news it's too close to call"

If this were to succeed I suggest that dicsipline and ground rules are called for, anarchy's fine but It just might not work here. BikeFish I suggest that since you started the post, you have the ultimate say in which lines to accept etc.

Here are some of my opening gambits on stuff I didn't quite ever complete:

every word said cuts me up and hurts

It must be hate that what I feel coz it tastes so sweet

Blindsighted by love, blindsighted by wrath

Just another empty shirt, neck hanged from its' tie

Its the beautiful game that we play...

I have hundreds of these...I get a great line in my head and can't fit it into anything else so I give up. Maybe I'll share some later...

You're taking steps that make you feel dizzy
Then you get to like the way it feels...
