Also, I think I'm hearing be convinced instead of recommence. But I'm not sure.

I really need to hear this whole song now. This sounds even better than Kingdom... I haven't been this excited for a new song since the NLOTH WalMart clips of UC, MOS, and Magnificent.

I'm almost wishing this was on NLOTH or SOA. It sounds like it would make literally a perfect single... catchy as hell, but innovative, spooky, spacey, modern, futuristic, and generally awesome.

This isn't an SOA song? I guess it's like Wave of Sorrow was for the JT remaster?

Or like Angels too tied to the ground for the War remaster. Old music, new vocals.

I don't think the music is entirely old... I have a feeling the keyboards are probably new.

Yeah some of those effects sounded fairly "modern" too.

It very vaguely reminds me of an uptempo relative to "What If This Storm Ends?" - recorded in Hansa Studios in Berlin.

EBow
Keyboards
Lyrics
Backing vocals
Eerie, spooky, mystical, mood

I would like to hear more than just the snippet to see if it's worth a single. At least from what I can hear the hook is quite good.

This is the reason why sometimes i find it hard to argue with people who say "u2 used to be good". In that short clip the sense of "urgency" in the song just takes over. It may be new vocals, newly added effects but you can tell from Larry's drumming that it is old school U2.
