Oh, it was better than the first performance, without a doubt. And it was fun.

But it wasn't up to the standard of the three songs before it -- that's why it was a bit of a letdown.

Thanx to enajh2 for uploading it, but due to time differences, work commitments, and many people downloading it (noticed only the minority as ever bothered to say thanx...) I missed it.

Again.

Downloaded the torrent file, read all the above, downloaded this and that, and it's about as much use as a chocolate fireguard.

As Penelope Pitstop once exclaimed:

Okay, I have started making individual clips of each song.

I make no guarantees as to their playability. The clips won't work in Quicktime for some reason, though they do work in VLC.

Thanks for the link, but I can't play the file. Why can't people just make mpg or avi files instead of mp4?

Can someone please post a complete "how-to" on playing those files in media player?

Jick--there's a how-to a couple pages back.

I was able to convert the DVD to either an avi or an mpeg4. The audio on the avi was bad the first time (electronic buzzes and clicks), so I upped the quality and encoded it again. The audio was still bad, so I made an mpeg4, and the audio was fine.

Mpeg4 compression also appears to be very good, so these files look and sound good, and they aren't nearly as large as one might have anticipated. So update your software and enjoy them. =P

I made audio available a few pages back, too.
 
Has anyone got the unedited concert in a more compressed format [say, in the middle double digits] for people on dial up to download?

I time out every four hours regardless, so downloading something that size is never going to happen.

MTV2 just showed the second take of Vertigo on its rock videos show.

It's good stuff. "All of this IS yours!"

I'm in the crowd there somewhere, but the shots are too fast or too far to find myself easily.
 
Finally saw it. It is the second performances so no singing to me... however, it looks and souns great! I cannot wait. MTV news also ran a nice piece (sometime around 4:00 am) Hopefully it will continue to run throughout the day.

Reee. you and your friend are on it, along with the girl that squeezed in :eyebrow: I am visible just in the top left corner and for a split second. Ally, Melissa is also in the very opening!!!

Off to watch again!
 
MIROSLAVA any sign of me?

I have a feeling Imight be on hte Jammed thing since it supposedl shows the setup of the show and I stood infornt of the stage from 7:30 am till they moved us as they set up!

what codec do i need to download so that my .mpg file playes in windows media player? (i got the 252 mb file from the torrent)

I wasnt able to get TS back to seeding so I'l do 5 x B&P's of the DVD.
