I bought a nice new muffin tin today at Williams-Sonoma! It's a aluminumy and shiny! I'm going to make spice muffins tomorrow and eat them all week! :lickslips:
The muffins turned out well. I need to use more butter when I butter the tins; I'm used to using muffins cups. And I'll need to let them cool longer so they some out in one piece. But they were nice and fluffy and high, and the texture and flavor were great! I got the light colored metal instead of the non-stick. I don't like the flatness that a dark surface gets you.
