That guys selling the tickets, and he says they wont be shipped until three weeks before the show...

$20.00 for postage for something that weighs just as much as Paper? geez.

According to U2.com a month or so ago, no fans should purchase tickets to the next U2 tour (including the Croke Park show) until a formal tour announcement has been made with the tour dates and purchase instructions.

Isn't it against ebay rules to sell tickets before you actually take posession of them?

Quite a few things are against Ebay's rules, but it's sometimes a matter of whether they CATCH the sellers doing something against policy. So they may not have caught this guy yet. I have seen people sell tix before they have them, and they say that in their listings and still get away with it. So I'm not sure.
