Anxiety

I'm able to leave the house with no problem, but money is an issue for me so I can't just go to a yoga class every week.

I just wish I was brave enough and daring enough to calm down and don't allow anxiety to control me. I can't do this to myself and it's horrible. I need and must take steps to let go and relax, and stop fearing the worst that never happens!
 
I suffer from HAD (General Anxiety disorder) worst thing ever.. the meds help so does getting something to distract me from it like music just a way to think
 
The key is to have something to occupy your mind other than worry and anxiety. I find that if I have nothing to do, then my thoughts turn to myself, which makes me obsessive and then I invent things to worry about. I have to tell myself to turn my thoughts outward.
