Bonavoix
War Child
*As Bluephisto finishes the song, Bonaphisto turns to MacPhisto and rests a hand on his shoulder*
Bonaphisto: You see? Did you honestly think that she could ever stand somebody like the Fly? Especially over someone as charming as you are? You silly devil...
MacPhisto: I was mistaken...
Bonaphisto: Gravely mistaken. Larry was going to correct you, you know he knew exactly what was wrong just by looking at you. He'd been watching the same scene and if you'd have stayed just a bit longer you'd have seen that she told him to go away.
MacPhisto: Why didn't he say anything?
Bonaphisto: Because he knew nothing he said would convince you. *Leans over and plants a kiss on his cheek* Now, you have some reconciliation to do.
*She rises and leaves MacPhisto sitting there, head in his hands. She strides over to Larry, who has been watching her from a distance.*
Larry: Looks like you got through to him.
Bonaphisto: Yeah, after Bluey's song it was the only way he'd listen.
*There is a breif silence between the two. Larry's arm finds its way around her waist and he leans in and whispers to her, asking her if she'd like to dance. They head out onto the floor as a slow swing tune starts to play. BluePhisto has made her way over to MacPhisto and the two are talking frantically, almost in argument. Larry pulls Bonaphisto closer to him and they dance. Suddenly Bonaphisto feels a hand on her shoulder, and she spins around to find a man dressed entirely in silver, from the suit pants up to the large brimmed hat he wears. He dons black sunglasses and has several chains around his neck. He smiles at her frankly and half-flirtatiously.*
Man: Bonaphisto, Larry... what a pleasure.
Bonaphisto: Mirrorball man?
Mirrorball: None other. *grins flirtatiously*
Larry: It's been ages...
