Thanks for pointing this out, as usual "Pride" was underwhelming during the actual concert, but this version is the strongest I've heard it in awhile. BTW, I think Bono did try to sing it the same at the concert, but it just wasn't there--very tough vocal.

Ok--first of all, I don't want to talk about other bands, what has been done before etc. I don't compare U2 to other bands--because anything they do--even if it has been done before--is almost always better and uniquely U2 if nothing else. I think that it is a risk for a first single for them...

It's worth the money. It a good "popcorn" movie, that is to say it is entertaining. There are flaws, but every movie has flaws. It was 2.5 hours, and at no point was I bored. My wife even liked it and she HATED the first two. I mean really hated them.

Carnage could work--similar to the Joker in Batman. It could be done, but I agree that the character probably won't be done justice, because they want to make sure the kids can watch it as well.

I like this album--I can tell it will grow on me. I don't get the whole multiple personalities thing, but whatever floats her boat. BTW, I'm not sure if this has been mentioned, but DON'T spend the extra cash for the version with the DVD--it's completely not worth it.
