It is a great song- immediately hooks you in. However, I am very happy they included the original song into achtung baby. It led to the radio friendly temple bar remix- THE song that turned me into a U2 fan. If it wasn't for that awesome remix, I don't know if I'd be the U2 fan I am now.
I made the mistake of wearing a long sleeve shirt that night. But that never bothered me. I did it by downing a couple of beers and non-stop singing through the entire concert- most fun I've ever had at a U2 concert!
Definitely the linear version- more in tune with the soul of U2 in its earlier days. The brothers version is so bland (comparatively) and something I'd expect from a contemporary music station. The brother's version is a good song that will please everyone, but eventually be forgotten about...
