By Friday evening, I'll either have collapsed on a motel bed in Maine near the border and am completely dead to the world, or I'll have a death grip on the steering wheel as I barrel towards Moncton, crazy-eyed and teeth gritted, and shouting "ALMOST THERE CAN'T STOP NOW AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"

But yeah, thanks for the invite!

(Seriously, though - will keep in touch with folks when I know where I am on Friday evening.)

:giggle:

Ok

Whatever happened with security dude John, anyway? I'm not assuming it's necessarily anything noteworthy - did he just move on to greener pastures?

Had he had enough of crazy Bono fans?

He probably got it from Bono.

Bono should be more careful not to spread that kind of thing around. :tsk:

MTE, these are for you. I looked through my U2 PB album for the first time in a LONG time just for ya.

I'm grabbing this one! :heart::drool: :D

Kristen, 2 of us can sit side by side, and then one across the aisle. You can sit by Val if you want!

Maybe the new thread title should give Brian some love. I'm sure you guys will get there while I'm gone tonight!

 just remember to call him Mr. Schoo and he will come right to YOU. :sexywink:

Agreed.

and DO NOT MAKE JOKES LIKE THAT>

The thought to meet him in person is almost as surreal as meeting Bono or Edge or Adam or Larry. Holy shite. Hyper panic attack? :faint:

He's totally a hero of mine.

@ K, Doesn't really matter. I'll be so exicted I'd be surprised if I can focus on anything!

MTE, here's the post I wrote earlier in the day, that you might have missed. :)

MTE, I wouldn't worry too much about a 40 min layover in a small airport. They most likely would hold the next plane for you if there were any kind of (short-ish) delay, since that's the only flight to Montreal each day. There's a super small airport a few minutes away from where I live, and it's an "international" airport. It only has 2 gates and they're right next to each other in the same tiny little building. It's probably very similar to the Mont Tremblant one. You could always talk to the flight attendants when you board, and they could get in touch with the airport easily, to tell them all of this. I think you'll be fine!
