Thanks. No it isn't. Luckily the car that hit me wasn't going fast and hit the ice on my bumper instead of the bumper itself.

A lot about my work is nuts. : crazy:: angry:: lol:

That's very lucky, especially in the dangerous weather we have these days! How bad is it for you?

Shame work is such a pain.

I hope you got it, too! Sometimes there's actually more stored in your brain than you think there is. Maybe this was one of those cases. :)

Calculus. :yikes: Good luck!

That DJ thing sounds cool - yay for good deeds!

I'd been involved with Bob off and on since...'03 (holy shit, that's insane!). Long story. :crack: But during that time it's been very off and on. We've been bffs, we've been enemies, we've been friends with benefits, and we've been coupley. It changed from week to week.  A year ago, I finally said no more.

Well I did get the front page decently, so i hope it's just enough. Calculus I really do not get. I just don't understand it no matter how hard I try. :crack:

Wow that's a confusing situation. Probably best you called it off, it's not good for you if you keep having such insecurity. You deserve so much better than that!

:lmao: Fun thing about these radio actions is that you get the most random shit on the radio. Like children's songs or really old bad stuff. It's awesome!

Aaaah it must the times you were suspicious that I was thinking of. Men. :crack::crazy:

Yeah he did my "welcome back" meeting and I just vented at him. Awww Kat probably feels like she knows you girls as well.

I will have to get an appointment as I think antibiotics will be the only thing to shift it. I will probably only get an emergency appointment which is supposed to be about one thing and 5 minutes long. Some doctors don't care though as it saves an appointment down the line.

They call it a welcome back meeting?? Why do I get the feeling that it's probably not very welcoming?

Aw, hopefully you can get one who will take a bit longer with you.

I'm trying to dl something, and now my computer's crawling. :crack: Weird, it doesn't usually do this. I was trying last night too, when Sarah was up and on hers, and ours were both so slow, we could barely use them.

The main roads near me are clear but the smaller roads ( like where I live ) are covered in thick ice. :crack: Its so cold its still not melted. A lot of roads are still super icy.

Some parts of the country are much worse though so shouldn't complain.

This is what my road looks like. Probably nothing to those of you who are used to snow but to us European's who aren't used to it.:lol:

It depends how long you've been off and how many sick days you have used.

I hope so. Or I could pretend I quickly want some advice on what to do about it? They might then become curious and ask to look anyway.

That's weird that they are both slow. No chance its your net connection?

When I was in high school, we only needed to take 2 years of math, so I only did what I had to, and got the hell out of that class. Then when I went back to university, if you didn't have 4 yrs of high school math, you needed to take an intro to algebra class as a prerequisite before you could take stats. That was HELL. I just absolutely struggled through the whole entire thing. I'm awesome when it comes to numbers - adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, fractions, decimals, percentages - I can do fairly complex calculations in my head, before most people can punch the numbers into a calculator. But when it becomes abstract, with letters and shit thrown into the equation? It's like I freeze and become the dumbest person ever.

Yeah, the whole thing was this crazy, insane rollercoaster that I needed to get off of, for my sanity's sake. It's amazing we ever got together to begin with. He was a friend of a friend of a friend (lol) and we met through out mutual friends, and had a drunken hook up the night we met. :lol It probably shouldn't have gone any farther than that, but it did, obviously. It was SO hard for me to let him go (just ask the girls around here, I whined about him constantly). I had an easier time walking away from my marriage. I kind of had to get myself into a mindset where I was really, really angry and hated him before I could end it for good. I'm not ready to let that anger go, I think I kind of need it, so I don't do anything stupid.

:hug::hug: You deserve so much better. Keep that anger if it helps.:hug:

Jem, is that your car?? It's so cute :cute:

The movie last night was okay. Johnny looked great, as usual, and his character was cool and funny . There wasn't really that much of a plot to the movie and Angelina was kinda annoying. I definitely wouldn't recommend it if Johnny wasn't in it. He was the best part :sexywink:

Thanks. Yes it is. There's a few non snow covered pics on my FB of it. Its a Nissan Micra. :cute:

I thought he would be. I think I'm gonna wait until it comes out on DVD. At least you got to  over Johnny.

I have 3 t shirts, my U2 hoodie and a blanket on me and I'M STILL COLD!! :brr: :| Screw you fever. :madwife:

/rant.

No, I think it's just that it's downloading so fast that it's using up a lot of our speed, and then with two computer surfing the net added to that, it's too much. Mine seems to be a bit better now.

You should mention it, then. Because you certainly aren't going to go just for that, are you?

You have WAY more snow than we do! :crack: The amount you have is probably close to the amount where Sarah goes to school!

Those venues are SO cool. But not quite appropriate for the claw.

:hug::hug: You deserve so much better. Keep that anger if it helps.: hug:

Thanks. For that, and for the never-ending listening you've done.

At least you got to look at the pretty for a couple of hours. I still haven't seen Alice In Wonderland yet, need to watch that over the holidays.

eta - I keep meaning to say, I was CRYING last night when I read that Hyperbole and a Half, omg. The part about her aunt and grandmother, and the cocktails and their "gifts." And the mother's lip quivering when she's trying not to say Kenny Loggins again. :lmao:

 I made a half arsed attempt to call them a few weeks ago but couldn't get through.:lol:

Really? That's insane we have more than you.

They are SO awesome.:love: But we could all float on the water in inflatables or Kayaks!! :hyper::lmao:

Yeah there are a few scenes where I was like GUUUUHHHH

Sorry you're not feeling well

We got a huge dumping of snow last night. Time for me to shovel once again in a few minutes :crack:

Thanks. For that, and for the never-ending listening you've done.

I still have more stocking stuffers to get. :yikes: I don't think I've EVER left Christmas shopping this late.

This year is kind of fucked up, anyway. I had NO idea what to get Sarah, and then I thought of something, but it's really big and expensive, and I didn't know if she'd even want one now, and so I had to ask her, so she knows what she's getting, anyway. :| And she was all stressed writing her papers, so I couldn't talk to her about it till she was finished them, and by then, the delivery date for the thing went from 3 - 5 days after the order was placed, to 10 - 15 days after it was placed, so now, I don't even know if it'll arrive before she goes back to school or not. :|

Christmas. :madspit:

 That's what friends are for. The same back to you.:heart:

I cried before at that. Classic.

Did you call and let it ring twice and hang up? :shame:

Ohhh, you'd LOVE to see a show in a kayak, wouldn't you?

I haven't either. :reject::lol:

What are you getting her? I'm sure she will love it, even if she knows what it is.

No. :shifty: Ha, no seriously I let it ring for a minute ( you don't get put in a queue). No luck, tried a further 3 times then had to give up as my break was over.

No. :shifty: Never. :shifty: Ok yeah it'd be fun. :hyper::love: You'd have to wave your paddle in the air though as you wouldn't be able to jump up and down.

How much snow do you have now?

Yeah, I'm not sure why I haven't seen it yet. I love Johnny obviously, and Tim Burton movies.

Now my cursor/touchpad is being a bitch. :scream: Sometimes it jumps as I'm typing and inserts letters into text I've already typed, sometimes as I'm typing it'll highlight earlier text, so that when I type more, it deletes earlier parts of the message. It's taken me like 10 minutes to respond to this. :scream:

I got her a Kitchenaid stand mixer, the most powerful one, from their Pro line, 575 watts, so that it has enough power to knead dough.  Got a really good deal on it on the Costco website, but it was still too expensive to get if it was something she didn't really want, so I had to ask her.
