I will look into that - I didn't know that sort of thing was an option for these kinds of cables.

See, kids? This is what happens when you keep your appliances for many years ... you have no idea what all the newfangled stuff is by the time you finally upgrade!

The tree is awesome. It looks so pretty at night with all of the other lights off!

Ah Component as in the red, white and red tulip plugs?
Oh! :cute: i've never heard that name for them! Is that a particular Holland nickname?!I'm def keeping that one.

In fact i just took the VCR(X work)/DVD player my sister has/d (she gettng a new TV herself)hime . Only it got banged against some poles/gates/turnstiles :)sigh: I tried to keep it safe, but i was also lugging my laptop w me as well)! So i have find one of my Ttulip plugs as well.

As for Miep/cats-- they're near-sighted??? really? As stalking animals? I"ve never associated cats w an extra strong sense of smell & hearing which I do for dogs (and hunting dogs)........ :hmm:

Hello thread! I have arrived home. :crack:  This day was a gong show and a half. We left my aunt & uncle's house at 7:30am, and I just got home at 4:30pm. :crack:  HAAAAATE. Oh well. At least I'm home and can now relax for the rest of the evening.

Ugh, it took THAT long? Holy crap, what happened?

We took the train from Edmonds to Vancouver, and that left at 8am-ish. It took FOREVER to get off the bloody train and go thru customs once we were finally in Vancouver. About an hour at least, since our carriage or whatever was the last one allowed to disembark. Then we went out for lunch. Then there was a medical emergency on the SkyTrain after I had gone like 2 stops, so I had to walk to another bus stop, and take that to another SkyTrain station. Then I got on another fucking bus at the end of the SkyTrain line, and it turned out to be the wrong one, despite my checking online. So I was out who the fuck knows where, and had to call a cab to get me home. :sigh: So it's been long. I'm totally exhausted.

Have a drink and get some rest, Thora.

SUnday night blahs :sigh:

I think I should make it a point to get to 20K before the end of the night, though.
I'll have to see when 60 min is on here... could be now.

I definitely will be. I had planned on saving one of the bottles of wine that I brought back for next weekend, but I think I'm just going to drink it tonight. :)

Sorry about your blahs tonight.

Ugh, how annoying.

It was great to see you yesterday! :)

It was definitely long, but I'm SO happy to be home and relaxing in my PJ's. :D
