I can't take the full day off on the 7th so Ill just see where I end up when I arrive in the afternoon. I arrived "late" for one of the weekday shows last leg and I was still able to get a spot in the inner pit

I get the impression that most people going to the show on the 6th (self-included) are going to see how they feel after the first show before making plans to line up for the second. For one thing, if the GA line in Anaheim is handled as badly as it was in Pasadena, I probably won't even consider lining up for Anaheim 2 before mid or late afternoon.

i'm not getting in line either day, i'll need something to do. maybe i'll go to ballys since it's right next door

then i'm going to kelly's coffee and fudge factory

Actually, I think there are several advantages to going to this show:

1) You will not be worn out by the previous night's show.
2) This is a weekday. The GA lineup will be slower, and it should be at least a bit easier to get a good spot -- if not lots easier.
3) The unwritten "rule" is that second show in any given city is usually much better than the first.

That's why I picked the second day but this being a U2 concert has me so worried haha.

I'll need an appropriate photo to accompany that quote, as I am about to screen print my next batch of novelty t-shirts.

;)

Save your trash talk on me, sucka, I'm not phased. :zen: I know what I am, I know what I'll bring, and I know I'll be sending your wife flowers and a sympathy card on June 8th. AW YEA.

Why is it that everyone who goes to their first show " need" to be in the front row? I'm just curious, so no one take that personal.
