Sound On This Tour

I was at a fairly big concert last week at the same venue as U2 played last month and the sound compared to U2 was really awful! Whats the deal with the 360 tour sound? its sounds amazing! Are they using a special set-up or something? Any sound techs on?

My guess is that U2 can afford the best sound equiptment in the world

360, I believe, has far better sound than most stadium shows because of the eight separate speaker pods, two in each direction.
