Wow, that is pretty phenominal!!! Congrats! I wish I could get spectacular results like you guys and deep keep getting.

I now have a window of like 3 weeks to lose some weight before I have a MONTH off from cycling. :yikes: I will be at the cottage followed by all the immigration and U2 related stuff in September. If I can prevent myself from eating my way through Toronto (and all the U2 related parties there will be), it will be a minor miracle!!!! :huh:
 
As of this morning, my total Weight Watchers loss is 25.4; I lost 2 lbs. before starting WW for a total loss of 27.4...I got my little keychain reward and a wink from my WW monitor....plus the old gals like me there too!! :wink:

I am down two pant sizes and I had to buy a new belt...! :)

I've bought 8 new shirts in the past 2 weeks,,,,LARGE. not X-Large! :)
 
5'8" 135 lbs.

I've haven't gained more than 5 lbs in like 15 years, lol.

But I'd like to lose those 5 lbs by the end of August although since I also work out a lot I may not actually lose weight since I'm gaining muscle. So I should revise it to say that I just want my clothes to fit better and I don't care what I weigh.

Yes deep I know that, but there comes a point when your body gets used to the lowered calories and adjusts its metabolism accordingly because it thinks it's starving. You are not starving, but you are eating little enough that it's probably slowing down, which is why you have a plateau. But whatever works....
 
i've watched this from afar for a little while and might as well jump in today.

i am 5'11, so i had a long way to go from the first step. over the course of the first 2 years of university, i fell horribly out of shape.

I have before and after pictures but I am too ashamed to post them. I was a whale! :(

I'm happy to report that I've lost 8 pounds! I'm so happy. I'm at 147! :)
