It's called nature's law.

Apply to every creature on this planet, not only human.

My grandmother once told me that when she was little, her best friend was attacked by a wolf and found 3 days after in the wild field, no belly, but only a body-shell left. That's a main reason she doens't like dogs.

I think you should tell the parents not to ask the men in the whole village gathered to kill the wolf. And other kids' parents should not join because they worried their own kids' safety, once the wolf attacked a human, for some reason it would remeber the taste and do it over and over again.

Try to tell them your theory.

I understand what you are saying here but I think you misunderstood me:

If I am attacked by an animal I will defend myself of course but I am not going to go out of my way to hunt and kill something simply because I can or it pleases me.

Humans seem to be the only species capable of this, all other creatures only kill if they are threatened or are in need of food, I find this very telling about our species...
