What doctor in their right mind would deny care due to religious beliefs? It's actually against their oath.

Would Jesus have denied healing to a homosexual? Based on the book I read, he most certainly would not. |

There are many beliefs and practices within religious groups that would not be Constitutional if applied to the public at large. A person can freely opt out any Religious group, it is a chosen life style. A person can not opt out of the laws or other government policies that apply to them. Quote:
Depends on what 'flavor' of Jesus you believe in. Many would say he would not condone lesbian, homosexual behavior and will cite verse after verse to support their beliefs. |

I do imagine these doctors would give medical aid to a person in need, regardless of orientation. This is an 'elective procedure" that if anything, will have some health risks for the "customer". |

I don't like the idea of bigoted doctors being coerced.

They still have the same oath and have to have a sound MEDICAL reason for not performing the procedure...

If there are doctors out there refusing to perform insemination procedures on lesbians, perhaps there are doctors who refuse on the grounds that some women are ugly, not smart enough, lack charisma, or are poor.
