I can never think of those two without also hearing "Dancing Barefoot" in my head.

Three Sunrises is one of my favorite U2 songs. Never have cared much for Love Comes Tumbling.

Love Comes Tumbling is so dreamy and atmospheric. When I used to listen to it at night with the headphones in the dark I imagined myself on damp city streets at night. I think it would of fit in on UF somewhere towards the end. Or maybe not.

The 2 Sunrises is neat, it's kind of poppy, and fun. I don't think it would ever be serious album material though.

I replaced Bad and A Sort Of Homecoming with the live versions from Wide Awake In America, because I think the studio version of Bad is well, bad. I never liked the song until I heard live versions. A Sort Of Homecoming I can take studio or live, but I prefer the live version. I took out Elvis Presley and America and put in Love Comes Tumbling. I don't like Three Sunrises though.

I used to like the live Homecoming better. It's more structured & rocks harder, but the studio version has a hazy, dreamlike atmosphere I love...definitely a toss up. I enjoy the Bad studio version but it sounds incomplete when compared with the live version. The Rattle & Hum DVD version of Bad is also great. Whatever you think of the movie, Bad & SBS are reasons enough to purchase it.

Actually here's a good version of the UF to burn IMHO...

1 Homecoming
2 Pride
3 Wire
4 UF
5 Promenade
6 4th Of July
7 Bad (live Wide Awake)
8 Indian Summer Sky
9 Three Sunrises (Wide Awake)
10 Love Comes Tumbling (Wide Awake)
11 MLK
12 Homecoming (live Wide Awake)-kind of like a book end bonus track

I actually think EP & America is instrumental Homecoming slowed down w/ Bono improvising over it. Boomerang I & II & 60 seconds are also cool B-sides from this period.

It wasn't really intentional, I just was elaborating on what I said. I hope it doesn't appear pompous!
