I wanna do a survey

The friendliest place on the web for anyone that follows U2.
If you have answers, please help by responding to the unanswered posts.

My husband became a true fan in the fall of 1979. My husband was dragged out on a worknight to this club called the Ritz in NYC. He paid $10.00 for cover and saw this unknown band called U2. He said he walked into the club/bar. He said he was mesmorized by the music. He said there was this electrity in the air. It was a post disco, unique sound and he was absolutely mezmorized. The whole crowd was stunned and entranced by this new music. My husband had a unique oppurtunity to become a fan from there debut in N.Y.C.

He turned me on to U2 in 1996. We both love all of U2's albums. And some of our most cherished memories are listening to U2 music together.

I know this is a little long for this survey. I have been wanting to share this story for a while.
