If you have a serious proposition for the band, I would simply call international director enquiries and ask for the number for Principal Mangement.
Alternatively, you could get their number from Island Records I would think, who have an office in london.
In terms of the band, I knew someone that wrote Bono a letter and posted it to 'Bono, Dubnlin, Ireland' with 'Please Mr Postman deliver this to Bono' on the envelope.
A few weeks later he received a signed picture.
When i tried the same triuck, all I got was a postcard back from U2's world service saying they didn't accept personal correspondence.
